Payments and cancellations

Each session requires a deposit of 1/3 of the camps price when registering Remaining balances must be paid prior one month of the camp departure date..

If you cancel prior to 30 days before the start of your camp you can receive a refund less a cancellation fee (1/2 the value of the camp) OR receive a full camp credit, good for 2 years and transferable.

Everyone that enrolls to one of our campsbetween 30 days and 7 days prior departure needs to pay the total price of camp.

Please keep in mind there are NO exceptions to the above cancellation policies (even in the extreme cases of emergency, injury or sickness).

WE strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from any such loss.

How many years old do I have to be to attend a camp?
We welcome everyone 9 years old up.

What does my snowboard level need to be in order to come to a camp?
All levels are welcome, you will find written on the camps info page if to attend a camp you need to have a certain level ability.
All our teachers have attended and passed FISI-ISIA snowboard corse. They are qualified to teach all levels and ability.

How does it work with different levels?
All campers are divided in small groups of 6-8 people max p/teacher. These groups are based on ability so that you can progress safely with riders of your same level.
